ECUsafeENDUSERLICENSEAGREEMENTREDISTRIBUTIONNOTPERMITTEDSoftwareLicenseforECUsafeIMPORTANT--READCAREFULLY:ThisLicenseAgreementfortheECUsafe("LicenseAgreement")isalegalagreementbetweenyou(eitheranindividualoranentity)andECUsafeanditssuppliersandlicensors(collectively"ECUsafe")forECUsafesoftware("Software").Byinstalling,copyingorotherwiseusingtheSoftware,youagreetobeboundbythetermsofthisLicenseAgreement.IfyoudonotagreetothetermsofthisLicenseAgreement,clickonthe"IDoNotAccept"buttonand/ordonotinstalltheSoftware.EULAcanbealsofoundinfolder,whereECUsafeisinstalled.1.GRANTOFLICENSE.ECUsafeanditssuppliersandlicensors(collectively"ECUsafe")herebygranttoyouanon-exclusivelicensetousetheSoftwareandrelatedDocumentation,ifany,subjecttothefollowingterms:a)Youmay:(i)usetheSoftwareonanysinglecomputer;(ii)copytheSoftwareforback-up,archivalpurposesprovidedanycopymustcontainalloftheoriginalSoftware'sproprietarynotices.b)ECUsafemaymodifythisagreementuponwrittennoticetoyou,includingpostingsuchachangeorrevisedagreementonECUsafe?swebsite.2.LICENSERESTRICTIONS.a)Youmaynot:(i)permitotherindividualstousetheSoftwareexceptunderthetermslistedabove;(ii)modify,translate,reverseengineer,de-compile,disassemble(excepttotheextentthatthisrestrictionisexpresslyprohibitedbylaw)orcreatederivativeworksbasedupontheSoftwareorDocumentation;(iii)copytheSoftwareorDocumentation(exceptforback-uporarchivalpurposes);(iv)rent,lease,transfer,orotherwisetransferrightstotheSoftwareorDocumentation;or(v)removeanyproprietarynoticesorlabelsontheSoftwareorDocumentation.TherecordingandplaybackfeaturesofthisSoftwareareintendedonlyforusewithpublic-domainorproperlylicensedcontentandcontentcreationtools;(vi)useknowledgestoredinSoftware'sdatabasestocreateownsoftware,doingsametypedataprocessingasoriginalSoftwaredoes.b)YouagreethatyoushallonlyusetheSoftwareandDocumentationinamannerthatcomplieswithallapplicablelawsinthejurisdictioninwhichyouusetheSoftwareandDocumentation,including,butnotlimitedto,applicablerestrictionsconcerningcopyrightandotherintellectualpropertyrights.c)YoumaynotusetheSoftwareinconjunctionwithanydeviceorservicedesignedtocircumventtechnologicalmeasuresemployedtocontrolaccessto,ortherightsin,acontentfileorotherworkprotectedbythecopyrightlawsofanyjurisdiction.3.COPIESOFSOFTWAREANDENHANCEMENTS.Thislicensedoesnotgrantyouanyrighttoanyenhancementorupdate.Updatesareofferedfreeforalimitedperiodoftimeforthose,who(a)useECUsafeaccordingtothiseularules.4.AUTOUPDATE.TheautoupdatefunctionintheSoftwareautomaticallycommunicateswithECUsafe'sserversontheInternettocheckforupdatestotheSoftware,suchasbugfixes,patches,enhancedfunctions,andnewversions.Autoupdatemaynotifyyouwhenupdatesareavailable.YouagreethatECUsafemayfromtimetotime,throughtheautoupdatefunction,uploadupdatesandinstallthemaspartofyourSoftware.AlthoughECUsafeusesencryptiontechnologytoprovidesecurityfortheautoupdateprocess,ECUsafeisnotresponsibleforthefailureofsuchsecuritymeasures.5.TITLE.Title,ownership,rights,andintellectualpropertyrightsinandtotheSoftwareandDocumentationshallremaininECUsafe.TheSoftwareisprotectedbythecopy...
